Cupcake Carl, Is He Helpful Or Is He An Electronic Cheat?

That ol Cupcake Carl seems to know where all the Pufflers are? My guess is Microsoft only gives you so many moves because Cupcake Carl knows where all the Pufflers are. I kinda forget about how many moves I have to beat Cupcake Carl and just dive into finding the Pufflers then I come to realize I have no more moves left. I'm coming to the conclusion that I just have to watch my moves and follow Cupcake Carl around if luck gives me some moves in the area where Cupcake Carl makes his moves. Getting lucky and getting a chocolate ball next to either a bagged or striped candy is my fantasy that doesn't come true before I get all wound up and have to play the level again and again :)
